Mancan Staffing has partnered with a Middlefield area company in search of a Shift Supervisor to oversee production operations. Pay starts at $16/hr+ and is based on experience.** Candidates must be available for both 2nd & 3rd shifts as needed.
📍 Location: Middlefield, OH
⏰ Shifts Available:
🔹 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
🔹 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Implement and monitor daily production & plant flow
✅ Maintain required KPI levels
✅ Train employees on policies, procedures, equipment, and safety
✅ Supervise efficiencies, attendance, and workflow
✅ Ensure cleanliness & a safe work environment in the molding department
✅ Document and report production & personnel data
Requirements:
✔️ 2+ years of supervisory experience with strong leadership skills
✔️ Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
✔️ Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
✔️ Forklift operator license required
✔️ Ability to lift 50 lbs. & operate a forklift
✔️ Willingness to work overtime as needed
