Mancan Staffing is currently looking for Warehouse Lead Associate for a Furniture Company in Ft Myers $20-$25 p/h
Warehouse Lead Associate responsibilities include:
Inventory management: Maintaining inventory, conducting inventory counts, and recording inventory data
Order processing: Picking, packing, and organizing orders, and printing shipping labels
Warehouse operations: Assisting with receiving, unloading, and storing shipments, and coordinating deliveries
Staff management: Supervising, training, and assigning warehouse staff, and evaluating their performance
Safety: Ensuring the warehouse is clean and safe, and that employees are trained in safe equipment use
Customer service: Answering phones and assisting with customer service
Vendor relations: Obtaining quotes from vendors and negotiating with them
Filling in for the warehouse manager: Taking over day-to-day operations when the warehouse manager is absent
Loading and Unloading
Computer work
Deliveries
Driving
Heavy Lifting
Cleaning
Must be able to lift 40+ lbs., able to work standing up all day.
