🚨 Quality Control Inspector Opportunity in Chardon!
🌟 excellent opportunity for a Quality Control Inspector position with a fantastic company in Chardon. This role is on 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, with a competitive starting pay of $18/hour, based on experience. 💵
✨ Key Responsibilities:
🖊️ Interpret simple drawings, including GD&T call-outs and dimensions.
🔍 Conduct inspections and tool validations using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, etc.).
• Simple drawing interpretation – rings, sheet material, identifying GD&T call outs, Basic vs. Reference dimensions
• Non-complex inspections and tool validations – OD, ID, Ht, Wt, using the density calculator
• Use of 0-12” calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, height gauge, diameter, radius, optical comparator
• Use of quality inspection instructions and sampling plans
📊 Utilize M&TE and a density calculator for inspections.
💻 Input and retrieve data using Microsoft Office.
🛠️ Required Skills:
➗ Strong basic math skills (calculator use included!).
📑 Ability to read and write effectively for documentation and work instructions.
🤝 Excellent communication skills for collaboration and conflict resolution.
🖥️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
🏭 Knowledge of basic manufacturing procedures.
📋 Qualifications:
🎓 High school diploma or GED.
🏆 At least 3 years of experience directly related to these responsibilities.
