Job Description:
We are seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team as Landscaping and General Laborers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. This role involves performing various landscaping tasks, general labor duties, and operating equipment to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, planting, mulching, and pruning.
• Install and maintain hardscape features.
• Assist with yard cleanup, including debris removal and disposal.
• Operate power tools and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Handle manual labor tasks, such as, raking, lifting, and moving materials.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications:
• Previous landscaping or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Familiarity with landscaping tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
