Candidate will be assisting with the following:
Operate, repair, and maintain the following:
Building electrical, mechanical & structural equipment & systems.
Production equipment
Material handling equipment
Dust collection equipment
Electrical controls, programmable systems/VFD's
Experience in preventive maintenance
Use power and hand tools to perform a variety of tasks
Capable to operate forklift
Mechanical Skills:
Bearing replacement
Able to understand tech. specs with respect to equipment installation & operation.
Clearance checks, interference fits, lubrication, torque requirements
Education:
High School Diploma or general education degree with trades concentration
Experience:
5+ years relevant exp in maintenance or industrial tech role
Building electrical, mechanical & structural equipment & systems
Additional skills:
Background in PLC is a plus.
Able to use a PC.
Articulate with excellent verbal & written communication skills.
