**Job Description:**
Dalton Company is seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team in the Wooster area. This role involves installing plastic piping into 10-inch furrows, ensuring proper alignment and secure placement.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lay and secure plastic piping accurately within specified furrows.
- Handle and transport materials weighing 15-30 lbs throughout the workday.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
**Work Schedule:**
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Pay:**
- $15-$22 per hour, based on experience (BOE).
**Requirements:**
- Ability to lift 15-30 lbs regularly.
- Must pass a drug test and local background check.
- Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR) required if driving is part of the role.
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Adherence to a no-smoking policy while on the job site.
