Mancan Staffing is excited to partner with a leading **cookware manufacturer** to find an **experienced Millwright** for their Maintenance Department. This is a **DIRECT HIRE** opportunity offering **top pay, steady work, and a cutting-edge work environment!**

⚙️ **Your Role as a Millwright:
🔧 Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair mechanical & electrical systems.
🔧 Diagnose **hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues** using advanced tools.
🔧 Read and interpret **mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic blueprints**.
🔧 Perform **fabrication, welding, and rigging** tasks.
🔧 Ensure compliance with **safety protocols, state/local codes, and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures**.
🎯 **What We’re Looking For:
✔️ **High school diploma or GED** required.
✔️ **Proven experience** in metal manufacturing & maintenance.
✔️ Strong knowledge of **hydraulics, pneumatics, troubleshooting, and power transmissions**.
✔️ Must pass a **mechanical technician test (80% or higher)**.
✔️ Ability to pass a **pre-employment drug screen & background check**.
✔️ **Reliable transportation** for potential overtime needs.
⚠️ **Work Environment & Expectations:
- Must lift/move **up to 50 lbs occasionally**.
- Work in **high-noise, dusty environments** (PPE required at all times).
- **Occasional midnight shifts, extended overtime, and weekend work may be required.**
