Mancan has partnered up with an esteemed sheet metal fabrication company in Wooster, operational since 1948. We are offering full-time, temp-to-hire positions in the Fabrication Shop with opportunities for overtime. We seek individuals with mechanical aptitude or machinery experience who are committed to maintaining excellent attendance.
Location: Wooster, OH
Shifts Available:
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (includes a $0.15/hour shift premium)
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (includes a $0.20/hour shift premium)
Starting Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products and components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Operate various tools and machinery, such as shears, brakes, and punches, to cut, shape, and form sheet metal.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements:
• Mechanical aptitude or machinery experience.
• Strong attendance record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of a drug test and national background check.
• Completion of an application and video interview for consideration.
