Mancan Staffing is seeking a **motivated Fabricator** to join our team in **Washington, PA**. If you have **experience with layout and assembly**, this is your chance to contribute to the creation of high-quality door hardware! **Attention to detail** and a **strong work ethic** will set you up for success in this hands-on role.
🔧 **What You’ll Do:
✅ **Layout & assemble door hardware** using manufacturer instructions & engineering drawings
✅ **Read and interpret measuring devices** accurately (tape measures, callipers, etc.)
✅ **Utilize power tools** to cut metal and basic hand tools for assembly
✅ **Ensure precision and attention to detail** throughout the fabrication process
✅ **Train on proper hardware application** as needed

✔️ **Attention to detail** and **precision** in all work
✔️ **Experience with measuring devices & power tools**
✔️ **Willingness to learn** and train on hardware applications

💰 **Position Details:
📅 **Pay:** Starts at **$19+/hr**, based on experience
