Mancan Staffing is seeking a **Fabricator** to join our team in Washington, PA. This position involves layout and assembly of door hardware using instructions provided by the manufacturer and/or engineering drawings. Attention to detail is essential to succeed in this role. This position offers $19+ per hour depending on experience and ability.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Layout and assemble door hardware following provided instructions and engineering drawings.
- Read and interpret various measuring devices accurately.
- Utilize power tools to cut metal and basic hand tools for assembly.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the fabrication process.
- Train on proper hardware application as needed.
**Job Requirements:**
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to read and use measuring devices (tape measures, calipers, etc.).
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools.
- Willingness to learn and train on hardware applications.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
