**Location:** Orrville, OH
**Type:** Temp-to-Hire
**Pay:** $20-$31/hour (Based on Experience)

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform electrical installations for both residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct service repairs and maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and maintain excellent attendance.
- Utilize basic hand tools effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Use testing devices to diagnose electrical issues.
- Perform inspections and complete work orders.
- Maintenance electrical knowledge is a plus.
- Take on additional duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and MVR check.
**Work Schedule:**
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
