**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with varying levels of experience, as pay is based on skill and experience. Candidates will need to demonstrate proficiency through a welding test as part of the hiring process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques to meet job specifications and standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Inspect and test welded components for structural integrity and quality.
- Maintain and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment.
**Requirements:**
- Ability to demonstrate welding proficiency through a skills test.
- Knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and safety standards.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce clean, high-quality welds.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to specific project requirements.
