Bakery Assistant

Mancan is working with a hotel and restaurant in Millersburg seeking a bakery assistant. Previous kitchen experience is required. Baking experience preferred. Hours will vary. Must be available weekends and holidays as scheduled. Pay starts at $15 per hour, but may increase with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including mixers, ovens, and other bakery tools.
- Package and label baked goods for display or customer orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience is required. Baking experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
