The Cutter Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining cutting machinery to achieve precise cuts on materials according to specifications. This role involves setting up machines, monitoring production processes, and ensuring product quality by conducting regular inspections. The operator will work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace. Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment are essential for success in this position. Flexibility in working hours and effective communication skills are also required to coordinate with the first and third shifts.
