🔧 **HANDS-ON TRAINING | TEMP-TO-HIRE | FULL-TIME DAYLIGHT SHIFT**
Mancan Staffing is looking for a **motivated, hands-on apprentice** to join a **leading wire rope and rigging manufacturer in Carnegie, PA!** If you enjoy working with tools, learning new skills, and being part of a **fast-paced manufacturing team**, this is your chance to build a solid career!
📍 **Location:** Carnegie, PA (Wire Rope Facility)
💰 **Pay Rate:** $19/hr
⏰ **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (*overtime & occasional Saturdays required*)
🔩 **What You’ll Do:
✅ **Fabricate & splice wire rope assemblies** using specialized tools and machines.
✅ **Read and follow work instructions** for sling fabrication.
✅ **Measure, cut, and assemble wire rope products** with precision.
✅ **Operate production machines** (cutting, grinding, drilling, assembly).
✅ **Tag and label products** with correct specifications.
✅ **Perform weekly rigging inspections** and maintain inventory records.
✅ **Follow all safety protocols** and keep work areas clean.
✅ **Assist with shipping, receiving, and product testing.**
📌 **What We’re Looking For:
✔️ **No prior experience needed – training provided!**
✔️ **High school diploma or equivalent required.**
✔️ **Ability to read a tape measure & convert measurements accurately.**
✔️ **Basic math skills** for processing and packaging orders.
✔️ **Physically capable** – must lift/pull **at least 50 lbs.**
✔️ **Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.**
✔️ **Strong work ethic, attention to detail, & team player mind-set.**
✔️ **Excellent attendance & flexibility** for overtime/weekends as needed.
