**Job Title:** Machine Operator
**Location:** Apple Creek
**Job Type:** Full-Time (Temporary-to-Hire)
**Shifts:** 3rd Shift 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sun-Thu
**Compensation:** $18.50 per hour
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Load small stub shafts into the machine before processing.
- Initiate machine operations by pressing designated buttons.
- Safely unload finished products from the machine.
- Maintain a consistent pace to produce 100 parts per hour.
- Handle stub shafts weighing less than 30lbs each.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, stooping, sitting, and walking.
- Utilize manufacturing experience to contribute to team success.
- CNC experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Set up machinery and make adjustments as necessary.
**Shift Schedule:**
- 8-hour workday with a 10-minute break and a 15-minute paid lunch break.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior manufacturing or factory experience.
- Basic Math Skills
- Physical capability for extended periods of standing, stooping, sitting, and walking.
- Ability to handle objects weighing less than 30lbs.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and operate machinery efficiently and safely.
- Pass a background check and drug test.
