Mancan Staffing is currently assisting a thriving Akron-based company in their quest to welcome an experienced Warehouse Clerk/Shipping and Receiving Associate to their team and also help out in their store.
Monday to Friday, with a flexible start time between 7:30 am and 8:30 am, concluding between 4:30 pm and 5:15 pm.
$15-$17/hr based on experience
Responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills, encompassing phone etiquette, effective communication, and meticulous attention to order details.
- Managing purchase orders, involving the creation of inventory orders and inputting them into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handling inventory stocking, both physically and within the POS system.
- Contributing to shipping and receiving operations.
- Coordinating fleet appointments.
- Performing grounds maintenance tasks as necessary.
- Meeting the physical requirement of lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
This workplace maintains a strict policy against drug use and requires candidates to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening. Additionally, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a prerequisite for this position. Must also pass a backround check.
