* 1st shift 6am-4:30pm Mon- Fri*

**What You’ll Do:**
- Operate surface grinders, cutoff saws, and other specialized machinery with care and expertise.
- Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment, ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve and exceed production goals.
- Uphold strict quality standards using micrometers and calipers (experience with these tools is a plus but not required).
**What We’re Looking For:**
- **Minimum 2 years** of relevant machine operation experience.
- A sharp eye for detail, especially when working with smaller parts.
