Building Maintenance

Mancan has partnered with an apartment complex in St. Albans. We are looking for a laborer who will be responsible for contributing to the upkeep and enhancement of the properties. MUST have experience in building maintenance, groundskeeping, etc., this role promises growth, collaboration, and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on small projects as assigned.
Ensure the premises is kept tidy by picking up trash regularly.
Engage in light landscaping duties to keep our surroundings beautiful.
Operate tools such as weed eaters to maintain the gardens and walkways.
Perform light maintenance duties as and when required.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Report any damages or repairs needed to the management.

Attention to Detail: Ability to notice the small things that make a big difference.
Multitasking Skills: Manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Self-Motivation: The passion to work independently and deliver quality.
Team Player: Although self-motivation is key, you'll be working as part of a team and collaboration is crucial.
Experience: Previous experience in general labor, landscaping, or maintenance is a plus, but not mandatory. We're willing to train the right candidate!
This is a temp to perm position. M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay starts at $14.00/hr with potential to increase based on qualifications.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening!
