Job Title: Daylight Inspector and Shop Assembler (Full-Time)

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Starting Pay: $17/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, full-time Inspector and Shop Assembler. In this role, you will travel to customer sites to inspect rigging products and perform shop assembly of various rigging gear within our manufacturing facility. This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform on-site inspections of rigging products at customer locations.
• Assemble rigging gear products in the shop, following safety and quality guidelines.
• Ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Requirements
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Basic math skills, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliability: Strong attendance record and punctuality.
• Availability: Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Screening: Successful completion of drug screening and background check.
