Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented maintenance professional looking for a new opportunity? Our Salem-based company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position offers a chance to take ownership of vital repair and maintenance tasks in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
### Key Responsibilities:
- **Structure & Equipment Maintenance:** Repair and maintain physical structures and essential tools, machinery, and equipment.
- **Electrical Expertise:** Perform repairs, maintenance, and installation on electrical systems and equipment.
- **Motor & Fixture Management:** Install, move, and repair motors, fixtures, and additional mechanical/electrical components.
- **Power Connections:** Skillfully connect power cables and grounding leads.
- **Machine Care:** Ensure regular greasing of all machines and adherence to scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) checks.
- **Safety First:** Follow all Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and wear proper PPE to maintain a safe work environment.
### Schedule & Compensation:
- **Hours:** 58 hours per week, Monday through Saturday
- **Pay:** Based on experience (BOE)
