Service Coordinator

A Local Fire and Water restoration company is looking for a Contents Coordinator. You must be very detail oriented. This is a dayshift position. The shift times are 8am until 5pm. Pay is based off experience and willingness to learn.
You are responsible for managing the process of inventorying, packing, cleaning, storing, and returning personal belongings affected by water damage at a property, essentially acting as the point of contact for all aspects of the contents cleaning and restoration process during a disaster situation.
Key responsibilities of a contents coordinator may include:
• Inventorying belongings:
Creating a detailed list of all items in a damaged property, documenting their condition and any visible damage. This includes photographing everything .
• Packing and removal:
Carefully packing and removing items from the affected area to a secure storage facility.
• Cleaning and restoration:
Overseeing the cleaning and restoration of damaged contents, including furniture, electronics, clothing, documents, and artwork.
• Damage assessment:
Determining the extent of damage to personal belongings and deciding which items can be salvaged or need to be replaced.
• Communication with clients:
Keeping clients informed about the status of their belongings and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Claims management:
Collaborating with insurance adjusters to document the damage and expedite claims processing
