Middlefield company currently has an openings in the industrial finishing area.
First shift 8 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday (with limited overtime available.)
Starting rate is $16.00 per hour.
Profit Sharing available after 90 days (monthly bonus of $300-$500)
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for prepping raw polymer composite castings for paint or shipment.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Using grinders and orbital sanders to remove flashing and wax from epoxy polymer
composite castings
• Apply body filler and sand smooth
• Apply masking prior to paint
• Able to lift 60 lbs.
• Wear proper PPE (1/2 mask respirators and hearing protection when performing job
specif ic tasks
• Use of electric forklif ts
• Fill out manufacturing routers
Key Requirements:
Ideal candidate should have experience in:
• Industrial paint prep
• Autobody
• Drywall mudding or finishing
• Forklif t operation
• Reliable transportation
• Good attendance history
