Join our Willoughby facility as a Bending Machine Operator! Work hours are Monday-Friday, 6am-3:30pm. Pay is based on experience. We are looking for candidates with prior steel industrial experience, capable of lifting up to 50lbs, and possessing great attention to detail. 🏗️💼
💰 Pay: Based on experience.
💡 Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machinery used in pipe & tube bending and metal fabrication processes.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to avoid downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Conduct quality checks and inspections on finished products to meet company standards.
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions quickly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
🔧 Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Experience with industrial machinery such as CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines. Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision in machine setup and product inspection.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve equipment issues to keep production on track.
Mechanical Aptitude: Knowledge of mechanical systems and machine maintenance.
Safety Awareness: Adherence to safety standards and regulations.
Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing tasks requiring manual dexterity.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs.

Experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment.
Certification in machine operation or a related field.
Familiarity with quality control processes and tools.
