Mancan is working with a company in Big Prairie looking for Assemblers to join their team for 1st shift. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate based upon attitude, attendance, and performance.
Currently, the working hours are from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday. Overtime may be required based on production needs. Pay is $15 per hour.
Duties:
- Assemble kits for small boxed toilets used in RVs and boats.
- The job involves lifting objects weighing up to 50lbs repeatedly. You must be able to stand for long periods, bend, and twist as part of the assembly process.
- The role requires working at a fast pace to meet production goals and maintain efficiency.
- Be prepared to take on other assigned duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the company.
