**Mancan Staffing McMurray is currently hiring a Press Operator for a tool manufacturer located in Monongahela, PA. This position **REQUIRES** Hot Metal Forging experience and a strong mechanical aptitude. The ideal candidate will have the ability to set up and operate open die hammer forging equipment and run parts to meet customer specifications.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Setup and operate open die hammer forging equipment.
- Forge red hot metal into varying shapes with sometimes multiple blows.
- Run parts according to customer specifications.
- Train others on equipment operations.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working with various departments.
- Stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials.
- Utilize math and analytical skills to ensure precision in production.
**Requirements:**
- Hot Metal Forging experience is required.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
**Compensation:** $18-$22 per hour, based on experience.
