**Inside Salesperson, Washington, PA – Full Time – $50k+ Bonuses – Temp to Perm Opportunity**
Mancan Staffing is currently seeking an Inside Salesperson for a reputable local company in *Washington, PA*. This is a full-time temp-to-perm position with a starting salary of $50k, plus potential bonuses. If you’re a detail-oriented, motivated individual looking for a rewarding sales role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage quoting activity and ensure timely, accurate responses to all requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Handle parts ordering and support the Outside Sales team
- Review multi-page RFQs and quotations for accuracy, identifying any potential issues or recommended changes
- Create professional, business-like quotations and written responses to vendors
- Conduct research to source suppliers and improve quoting efficiency
**Skills Required:**
*MUST HAVE TECHNICAL SKILLS*
-Knowledge of how to read and review RFQ's*
- Ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Excellent written skills, including the ability to draft clear, professional business communications
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Aptitude for researching and reviewing detailed documents
- Ability to support outside sales activities through error checking and feedback
**Training:**
- Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure a thorough understanding of company operations, product terminology, and internal systems.
