Cleaning Technician

Mancan Staffing is working with a customer seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician(s).
This position involves maintaining a clean and orderly environment for various businesses in the Zanesville area, by performing thorough cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This position is M-F Full time: evening hours 10pm - 6am , offers a temp to hire opportunity with an attractive increase in pay (up to $15/hr.) based on attendance attitude and performance!
Responsibilities:
- General mopping and sweeping of floors
- Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners
- Running a sweeper to clean large areas
- Operating an auto scrubber for floor maintenance
- Using a propane buffer to polish floors
- Performing daily wet mopping (approximately 15 minutes)
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Trustworthy
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Good physical condition to handle the demands of the job, including lifting to 20 lbs.
-Valid Driver’s License, no more than 2 points, no DUI’s in 7 years
Schedule:
- Full time-after business hours
- Temp to hire
- Could include Saturdays
Compensation:
- Starting at $10.45 per hour
- Potential for an attractive raise up to $15 per hour based on attendance, attitude, and performance once hired full-time
