Mancan is working with a company in Baltic seeking an HVAC and electrical technician. Hours are Monday-Friday 7 am - 4 pm. Pay is based upon experience $15-$25 per hour. This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate based upon attitude, attendance, and performance.
The HVAC and Electrical Technician is responsible for performing general HVAC and electrical service calls and installations in residential settings. This role involves establishing rapport with customers to recommend and sell the appropriate products and services. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, be highly organized, and possess exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and Installations: Complete all general HVAC and electrical service calls and installations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Interaction: Establish customer rapport to understand their needs and sell the right products and services.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems and electrical components to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC and electrical service and installation.
- Clean and safe driving record with a valid driver's license.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong desire to continually improve technical skills and knowledge.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and maintains a positive attitude.
