We are seeking an experienced Press Operator/Set-Up Associate with expertise in setting up and running progressive dies in the metal stamping industry. The ideal candidate will have experience operating presses ranging from 100 to 800+ tonnage. Responsibilities include setting up presses, running production, and ensuring product quality through the use of blueprints, micrometers, and calipers. Strong math skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining precision and efficiency throughout the production process.
