**Position:** CAD Designer
**Location:** Bethel Park, PA
**Industry:** Manufacturing
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Draft and Design:** Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using advanced CAD software. Develop and refine product designs, from rough sketches to precise specifications.
- **Technical Adjustments:** Modify existing drawings based on customer requirements and feedback. Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and engineering standards

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the production team and mechanical design engineers to integrate feedback and resolve design issues. Clearly communicate technical aspects to sales and marketing teams, as well as clients.
- **Research & Development:** Conduct research, perform calculations, and generate accurate specifications to support design improvements and innovations.
- **Documentation:** Update and maintain technical documents related to product designs, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
**Ideal Candidate:**
- **Engineering Expertise:** Strong understanding of engineering principles and design practices. Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is highly beneficial.
- **Software Proficiency:** Skilled in CAD tools and familiar with simulation and analysis software.
- **Problem-Solving Skills:** Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to develop effective solutions to design challenges.
- **Communication:** Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to convey technical information clearly and professionally.
- **Work Ethic:** Demonstrated commitment to high standards of work, openness to feedback, and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- **Team Player:** Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
