Responsibilities:
A Molder Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring molding machines used in manufacturing processes. Their duties include setting up the machines, ensuring proper machine operation, and adjusting controls to meet product specifications. They inspect finished products for defects, perform routine maintenance on equipment, and adhere to safety and quality standards throughout production. Molder Operators may also troubleshoot machine issues and collaborate with supervisors to optimize efficiency and output.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
Full-time position with a dayshift schedule Mon – Thurs- 6:00 am to 4:30pm Friday- 6:00am to 4pm-
Pay starts at $13.50 and increases based on skill and experience.
