Mancan Staffing is excited to hire General Laborers for a fast-paced production environment in Eighty Four, PA. If you have hands-on experience and a strong work ethic, we have a role for you. Our client is looking for dedicated individuals to support the fulfillment of both laminated and solid materials.
**Responsibilities:**
- Operate glue/coat machines to apply adhesives and coatings efficiently.
- Place steel materials into coal forms and manage the processing through the machinery.
- Assemble and pack boxes with precision and care.
- Use electric shears and other tools to cut and shape materials to specifications.
- Assist in managing inventory and preparing materials for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform other general labor tasks as required to support rapid order fulfillment.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools with proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work.
Pay Rate: $16 - $17 per hour (based on experience)
