A Dover-based air quality company is seeking a professional and motivated candidate to join our team as a Field Inspector. Must have previous construction experience. This role involves conducting on-site inspections and providing detailed quotes to potential clients.
Responsibilities include:
• Accompanying the company owner to various job sites, such as basements, crawl spaces, attics, and more, to assess air quality conditions.
• Engaging with prospective customers to understand their specific needs and concerns.
• Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare reports and presentations; strong computer skills are essential.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance, as well as representing the company at industry conferences.
• Drafting agreements based on the determined pricing for services.
• Demonstrating a willingness to learn the trade and enhance expertise through continuing education.
This position offers a competitive pay rate based on experience. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Must be clean shaven!
