As a Lead Operator, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple departments, orchestrating seamless production line operations, and ensuring top-quality output. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage various departments within the manufacturing facility.
Coordinate and execute the setup and operation of production line equipment, including loading and unloading products, conducting quality checks, and preparing shipments.
Oversee the gathering of samples and perform inspections to maintain product quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely execution of tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within manufacturing, warehousing, or related fields.
Proficiency in using scales and various measuring tools.
Basic math skills and the ability to comprehend work instructions, including formulations.
Competence in operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, hoists, hoppers, and totes.
Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Physical resilience to withstand continuous standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and heavy lifting.
Adaptability to work in diverse environmental conditions, including exposure to dust particles, vibrations, and mechanical components.
