**🔧 Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forge Operator to join our team on the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in forge operations, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
**📝 Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate forging machines and equipment to produce high-quality metal parts.
- Set up and adjust machines according to specifications and production requirements.
- Monitor the forging process to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet industry specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on forging equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and achieve efficiency targets.
**✔️ Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Forge Operator or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of forging techniques and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety.
**💰 Compensation:**
- Pay is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
