**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team in Middlefield, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills and a solid background in operating CNC machinery. You will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. 🏭
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications ⚙️
- Program CNC machines using G-code and other programming languages as needed 💻
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics 📐
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards 🔍
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines 🔧
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes 🤝
- Maintain a clean and organized work area 🧹
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist 📜
- Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code, etc.) 💾
- Strong understanding of machine setup, operation, and maintenance 🛠️
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints 🗂️
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills 🧠
- Strong communication and teamwork skills 🗣️
- Ability to lift and move materials as required 💪
