⏰ Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | Overtime on Saturdays ⏰
💲 Pay: $15.00 per Hour (Increases upon Permanent Hire) 💲

🔹 Primary Responsibilities 🔹
1️⃣ Equipment Operation:
Operate various pieces of equipment to facilitate safe and efficient production, using the Visto system to identify cook times, cooling times, rotation, etc.
2️⃣ Quality Inspection:
Continuously inspect the product's quality and take appropriate actions as per work instructions. Notify the Group Leader or appropriate personnel of any parts that do not meet quality control standards.
3️⃣ Paperwork Completion:
Accurately complete paperwork indicating scrap and quality issues as required.
4️⃣ Material Handling:
Move supplies and products as required for mold production.
5️⃣ Weight and Quality Check:
Check weights and qualities of products and accurately record pertinent information.
6️⃣ Raw Material Handling:
Move raw materials to the appropriate areas.
7️⃣ Equipment Maintenance:
Perform minor equipment maintenance as necessary to keep molds in optimal repair and minimize scrap.
8️⃣ Trimming:
Trim products at the machine as directed by Visto and Instructors.
9️⃣ Product Movement:
Move finished products across the floor to the Secondary Assembly area.
🔹 Secondary Responsibilities 🔹
1️⃣ ISO Compliance:
Follow established ISO procedures and documentation, demonstrating an understanding of the Company's Quality Policy statement.
2️⃣ Safety Commitment:
Work in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations, following all safety working practices. Report any unsafe working conditions to the Production Manager/Group Leader and report ALL work-related incidents immediately.
3️⃣ Internal Customer Satisfaction:
Maintain internal customer satisfaction by providing quality products.
4️⃣ Work Area Maintenance:
Ensure the work area is cleaned and a safe work environment is maintained.
