Job Duties:
Load designated sections of products into machinery as per operational guidelines.
Efficiently stack and pack products into cartons, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Perform counting and inspection tasks to maintain product quality standards.
Adhere to basic mathematical calculations required for job tasks.
Carry out light maintenance tasks to ensure the equipment's proper functionality.
Lift weights of up to 50lbs safely and effectively.
Qualifications:
Strong physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
Proficiency in performing basic mathematical calculations.
Demonstrated capability to perform light maintenance tasks.
Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 11pm-7am
Saturdays: Required at times
Sundays: On an as-needed basis
Benefits:
Competitive starting pay of $15.00/hr.
Opportunity for pay increase to $16.50/hr upon successful transition to permanent employment.
