Job Title: General Laborer 2nd shift in Alliance

Job Description:
Are you seeking a fulfilling and dynamic opportunity? A local fabricating shop in Alliance is currently looking for dedicated General Laborers to join their team. This position offers a rewarding and challenging environment where you'll be involved in a variety of tasks, contributing to the fabrication process.
Responsibilities:
*Perform general labor duties such as deburring, spot welding, hardware insertion, CNC saw operation, laser cutting, shearing, cut to length, stamping, punching, forming/bending, and component assembly.
*Work with various materials including carbon and stainless steels, spring and tempered steels, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze alloys, and exotic chemical and aerospace alloys.
*Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of Steel Toe Work Boots.
*Ensure great attendance and punctuality to maintain a smooth production flow.
*Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
*Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in any of the mentioned areas (deburring, spot welding, CNC operation, etc.) is highly considered.
*Ability to work with a variety of materials and metals.
*Must have Steel Toe Work Boots for safety compliance.
*Strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
*Successful completion of a drug test and background check.
