Position: Wiring Technicians - Control Panel Layout/Assembly
Shift: 1st shift (7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday)
Location: Sebring, OH
Pay: $13 - $18 per hour (Based on Experience, BOE)
Job Description:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and wiring of electrical control panels. Your responsibilities will include:
Reading and comprehending wiring schematics.
Utilizing tools such as tape measures, hand drills, screwdrivers, wire strippers, crimpers, and zip tie guns.
Assembling control panel components based on layouts and templates.
Mounting devices with precision and ensuring accurate placement.
Conducting self-checks to guarantee high-quality workmanship.
Collaborating with a team of skilled professionals in a climate-controlled shop.
Qualifications:
Ability to follow instructions in English and execute tasks accordingly.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment.
Previous experience with electrical control panel wiring is beneficial.
Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Physical ability to stand, lift objects (50 - 70 lbs), and perform bending motions.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
