CNC Machinist

Local Manufacturing Company seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired product specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with CAM programming software
- Experience operating power tools, forklifts, and other equipment used in machining processes
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Full Benefits 1st of month after 30 days and hired on by the company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
