POSITION TITLE: Commercial Property and Casualty Client Service Representative DEPARTMENT: Commercial Lines REPORTS TO: Associate Vice President, Human Resources and Quality Development CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION Bachelors Degree from Accredited College or University or commensurate industry experience REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE Intermediate level computer skills in Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel (required) ABILITIES/ OTHER Excellent organizational and communication skills Read, write and communicate in English BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES Learn and follow all ISO procedures and work instructions Client Service Take claims reports, change request, and other requests from clients and forward to insurance company or handle internally as appropriate Issue auto id cards, certificates, evidences of property, and binders as requested by clients Respond to inquiries from clients/carriers/management Maintain expiration list for assigned clients and ensure all renewals are bound prior to expiration Order, bind, and invoice new business policies, renewal policies, endorsements, cancellations, and audits Process new business policies, renewal policies, endorsements, cancellations, and audits Prepare policies, endorsements, cancellations, and audits for delivery or mailing Maintain electronic client files Create coverage summaries/proposals as needed Teamwork Work with client executive/producer as a proactive team member to maintain the highest client satisfaction Assist in identifying areas of opportunity and/or concerns Maintain high level of communication Develop strong working relationship with assigned clients Evidence teamwork within department to support client retention and satisfaction Other duties Other tasks assigned by President, Corporate Treasurer, or Associate Vice President, Human Resources
