As a member of our packaging department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient packaging of all finished goods produced in our facility. We are looking for reliable and motivated candidates who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking stable employment with the potential for professional growth. The schedule is Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm. Pay will be based on experience starting at $18.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Operate packaging machines to ensure the efficient and accurate packaging of finished goods.
- Work in a cold environment, maintaining a temperature range of 36-42 degrees.
- Complete required paperwork to document process checks and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Follow directions from line leads and packaging room supervisor.
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional Saturday work may be required on a rotating basis.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a cold environment (36-42 degrees).
- Capable of filling out required paperwork for process documentation.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to follow directions from supervisors and leads.
- Comfortable working and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays on a rotating basis.
